A gift from my friends at work. Just a snapshot of all the people who were thinking about Alex and hoping for him to get better.

Aunt Luisa visiting after his last procedure while Alex was intubated for the weekend.

...and Aunt Lisa

Mommy watching over Alex so he doesn't pull his tube out...little rascal was always trying.

Alex's first easter hanging out with mom. We love how he sticks his butt out.

My how fast he grew.

Last couple days with the feeding tube.

Nap time.

"Look mom I can eat with no tubes" :)

Someone hand this kid a napkin!

Yet another nap.

...and then daddy's turn to feed Alex.

The onesie says it all. We got to make a couple of these our last couple days in the hospital.

One of Alex's nurses.

Just a few of Alex's girlfriends.

Vanessa was one of Alex's night nurses (one of his favorites:) She was the first nurse he ever had when he got to children's and one of the first people Jeremy talked to, so it was only appropriate that she was his nurse his last night in the hospital:)

We finally made it home after almost 2 months at Children's. Izzy is checking things out...

and we eat once again.

Napping with daddy.

Playing in the play yard Aunt Tracy gave him.

Our first mother's day.

And our first car meet!

We want to thank all the nurses, staff and doctors at Children's for making it one of the best hospitals in the world and for treating our little Alex like one of their own. We are so grateful for all their hard work. We hope to keep everyone posted with more great pics and stories of Alex growing and his progress and checkups.
